Workforce Legal Solutions is a legal firm which specialises in employment law, industrial relations, mediation and human resources.

Workforce Legal Solutions was established so as to provide a more direct, client-focused service that provides timely and cost-effective legal advice, whilst building long-term relationships with our clients.

Workforce Legal Solutions advises on the drafting of contracts and policies; provides legal advice and representation; workplace investigations, mediation and workplace training.

Our philosophy is to assist our clients and provide practical and pragmatic solutions for the workplace.

Paula Robinson - Director/Legal Practitioner

Paula is a Director of Workforce Legal Solutions and during the last 12 years of legal practice, Paula has advised both government and corporate clients on a wide range of issues in employment law and industrial relations.

Prior to Paula establishing Workforce Legal Solutions, she worked at the Victorian Hospitals' Industrial Association as Principal Legal Consultant for nine years, as well as with the Service Industry Advisory Group (Legal) Pty Ltd as Director of Legal Services.

Paula specialises in handling performance management, terminations, organisational restructures, grievances within the workplace, industrial disputes, investigations within the workplace and discrimination issues.

She has also frequently been asked to conduct workplace investigations into bullying, harassment and misconduct issues.

Paula is an Accredited Mediator under the National Mediator Accreditation System. She is also a Practitioner Member of LEADR - Association of Dispute Resolvers.

As a qualified Secondary Teacher and with a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment, Paula also offers the provision of training services to clients on-site.
